      Product Description The various radiant tubes made by TLL are normally for continuous strip processing furnaces of steel mills,like U shaped,W shaped,P shaped,double P shaped,customized shape,tube temperatures up to 1250°C,according to the furnace design. Taking energy efficiency and NOx emissions into consideration,the W shaped radiant tube and U shaped RT is more efficient and reliable.At the current energy price level,additional expenses for more efficient radiant tube systems can be recovered in a few years.Including the other advantages,such as increased production,less downtime,temperature uniformity ,flame safety and better tube life-time,the payback period for these systems can be reduced considerably.
